I finally got my hands on a taiyaki pan (they are difficult to find!) and didn’t waste any time in trying to recreate a favorite childhood snack of mine. Used simple pancake batter and these delicious little fishies have a cream cheese, chocolate and peanut butter filling (not all together, of course). Absolutely scrumptious!
